Clamp Block (CB) Closure
The Clamp Block design is similar to the Through Bolt design
but lacks the large diameter machined flanges on the tube.
This allows the use of thin wall tube and pipe as raw material,
lowering the machining tube cost in those cases. Similar to
the stress rod design, the end cap extends beyond the tube
providing ready-made “handles” for end cap removal.
